Terms of Service

1. What this is

Exposure (app.exposure.com.au) is the internal creative-intelligence platform of Exposure Agency Pty Ltd (ABN withheld pending registration), an Australian DTC advertising agency based in Sydney. Access is invite-only. By signing in, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use it

Four roles: owner (agency directors), staff (agency strategists), editor (contracted video editors), client(the brand whose ads are being analysed). Each role sees only what it’s authorised to see. An owner approves every account before access is granted.

3. Your obligations

  • Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. Don’t share your Google account.
  • Don’t use the app to scrape, repackage, or resell another brand’s data.
  • Don’t attempt to access another brand’s data via URL manipulation or otherwise.
  • Don’t reverse-engineer, decompile, or hammer the API beyond rate limits.

4. What we provide

The app is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated outputs (concepts, hooks, scripts, analyses) will produce any specific result. Use judgment.

5. Your data

See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

6. Termination

An owner may revoke your access at any time. You may stop using the app at any time. On revocation, your sign-in stops working immediately; the audit trail of your past activity is retained.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Exposure Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost profits, lost data, ad-spend losses) arising from your use of the app. Direct liability is capped at fees paid to Exposure for the agency engagement during the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Contact

These are starter terms. Real terms should be reviewed by a lawyer before commercial roll-out.
